Caribbean Mezzanine Fund I Inc.
Caribbean Mezzanine Fund I Inc. is a St. Lucia incorporated International
Business Company (IBC) formed by Caribbean Fund Managers Limited,
a Trinidad and Tobago incorporated company and managed by Askar Capital,
a Nordic Investment Bank. The Fund’s investment objective is to achieve
a return for owners of Member Interests of not less than fifteen percent (15%) per annum, whether through investment earnings, capital appreciation,
or a combination thereof, and to distribute those funds to owners of Member
Interests (“Investor Members”) within approximately three (3) years.
